Roof leaks can often cause mold growth in interesting areas. It is not always easy testing these areas, but I find a way! Here we see suspected mold around a beam in the ceiling. Instead of fighting a ladder through many hallways and stairs, a long pole was used to take a sample to test for any possibility of mold quickly and easily.
