We Understand Your Concerns
With thousands of inspections, we’re here to help you.
"Very thorough, very professional. Standard home inspectors are not qualified and/or certified to follow the protocol necessary to do a mold inspection."
- Jody Thielman (Homeowner in Northwest Arkansas)

Brian’s expertise and professionalism were evident from the start. He thoroughly assessed both of my properties, using advanced and accurate equipment to conduct comprehensive lab tests. To my relief, he found no mold in either home. Not only did Brian save me from an unnecessary and costly repair, but he also provided invaluable advice on preventing moisture issues in my crawl spaces. Thank you, Brian!

Brian was phenomenal to work with. Personable, professional, and prompt. Thorough in his knowledge and expertise; and timely in getting lab results to us. I highly recommend him and his superior service. You will enjoy working with him as much as our family did.

Navigating Mold in the home; we make it easier for you.
Below are answers to common questions I get.
Do you remediate mold?
We do not perform remediation, as doing both inspections and remediation would be a conflict of interest. However, we ensure you are living in a healthy environment providing you with a detailed remediation plan following inspection of your property. We also work with a network of remediators that we can get you in contact with.
How much does a mold inspection cost?
The cost of a mold inspection depends on the size of your house and the specifically effected areas you want tested. Once we understand your problem and goals we will work with you to make sure that your home is tested in the most efficient way possible.
Can I test for mold myself?
You can, but that depends on each case. In more severe cases like large water events or immunocompromised individuals we recommend a professional to test your home for the same reason you would ask a doctor to test you for an illness. However, in less severe cases we can recommend DIY solutions for testing your home and we can even walk you through the process.
How can I tell if I have a mold problem?
Mold can have an odor and even cause health issues. A professional mold inspection would be needed to get a biological breakdown of what mold you have in your home and if it is causing issues to you and your household specifically. The simplest way to know if you have a mold problem is to compare how you feel in your home and out of your home--if you feel more healthy outside of your home, you may have a mold problem.
What are the main ways to control moisture in my home?
To prevent moisture in your home, promptly fix any leaks, maintain gutters and downspouts to direct water away from the foundation, and use dehumidifiers in basements and crawlspaces—especially during humid months. Ensure bathrooms and dryers vent to the outside, and avoid storing items directly on basement floors. Regular inspections and proper ventilation in attics and crawlspaces are also key to reducing moisture and preventing mold growth. Here's a more in depth breakdown.
